We are an independent Energy Consultancy and Energy Audit organisation with many years experience within the residential and commercial industry, offering a professional, speedy, reliable and flexible service throughout the South East. 

A Brief History

Claywood Energy was established in 2007 as a provider of Energy Performance Certificates for residential and commercial properties delivering professional, accredited, certified services and solutions to a wide range of clients including architects, developers, builders, housing associations within both the public and private sectors.  

We have experience in managing large building projects and in recent years have used our expertise to specialise in Energy Consultancy and Energy Audit Reports. 

We operate throughout Kent, Sussex and Surrey and are able to cover all of the South East.

Quality Control

All our assessors are fully trained, accredited and qualified, maintaining the highest quality of service and we ensure they undergo continual professional development. We  audit 5% of all our energy assessment work internally and our government approved Accreditation Body  also does the same, ensuring the highest levels of quality are maintained.

Insurance

Claywood Energy LLP carry Professaional Indemnity Insurance (PII) to the value of £2m and Public Liability Insurance (PL) to the value of £100,000.
