Retrofit Coordinator & Whole House Plan

Retrofitting is about making existing homes, healthier, cheaper to run, less polluting and sustainable for the future.

The key role of the Retrofit Coordinator is to oversee the retrofit project from start to finish where a range of people and organisations have different and potentially conflicting interests, to manage the retrofit risks, safeguard the interests of the client and to deliver the client's expected outcomes of the retrofit project.

A Whole House Plan is a report that shows people what they can do to their house to reduce their fuel bills and carbon emissions, improving the occupants use and environment by upgrading their property.

The Whole House Plan starts with an initial phone call to discuss your property followed by a site visit to assess the dwelling, a Retrofit Coordinator will evaluate the potential of the home by reviewing the information and create a Whole House Plan.  Once the client has reviewed the plan  the Retrofit Coordinator will make a follow-up call to discuss the report.
