New Build & On-Construction EPC

All new dwellings will need a New Build EPC to comply with Building Control regulations, this is a certificate produced by an On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA).

This is produced using detailed information from Architects plans, drawings  and construction notes using the Standard Assessment Proceedure (SAP) methodology and software.

OCDEAs have the knowledge and skills to complete energy efficiency calculations using SAP software before or after construction.  This enables moderations to be made prior to completion of the building to enhance reduction in carbon footprint and energy costs.
